Welcome to Kindura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 
shopkindura.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the 
Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or 
state, to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We work to describe our products accurately, including images, specifications, 
and colours. Screen settings may cause slight colour variation, and some 
technical specifications are supplied by our manufacturer. We reserve the right 
to correct errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Prices 
may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. 
Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or 
cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or a pricing error.

4. ORDERS AND CANCELLATION

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email when 
your order ships. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before 
shipping — typically within 1–2 business days of ordering.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically 
takes 9–15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not 
guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or events outside 
our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Any customs duties or 
import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms 
part of these Terms.

7. HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Kindura products are personal wellness and massage devices. They are not 
medical devices, and nothing on this Site is medical advice or a diagnosis, 
treatment, or cure for any condition.
